'A fish rots from its head' . Sir Andrew Strauss OBE and David Nash are running a workshop at our Power Up Festival on 26th January 2021 in the PERFORM channel. They will be talking about the importance of leading from the front. Andrew Strauss is hailed as one of the greatest English cricketers of all time. He now runs a company specialising in using performance psychology to help individuals and teams to improve performance and wellbeing. David Nash is one of Middlesex's best loved cricketers. In ten short years after cricket, he has built a business that has already raised over £20 million for charities across the UK. We'll hear them both on the importance of culture in building teams, why there are no hiding places in professional sport and what a career in sport has taught them about the real art of leading people, teams and organisations.
