A little about let's reset and what we do to shift culture to shift performance

At let’s reset, our purpose is to improve business performance through creating a shift in ways of working and company culture. We want to enable everyone to live the work life they want to, that energises them & those around them

A key driver of future success is combining commercial delivery with people’s wellbeing and resilience to create new norms. During Covid-19 we have seen a lot of focus on companies initially dealing with the emergency and then pivoting and using innovation and creativity to evolve during this time. We have also seen an increased focus on wellbeing and mental health and now we are helping companies reset for the future as they aim to regain their commercial performance by continuing to put wellbeing further up the balance sheet. BUT this is now coming at a great personal cost. According to Human Resources Director The COVID-19 crisis has effectively blurred lines between work and personal life – which is why it’s no surprise that majority (73%) of professionals reported that they’re suffering from burnout.

According to a recent study by Blind, the lack of work-life separation and an unmanageable workload are top reasons why everyone’s feeling exhausted as they work remotely and shelter in place during the pandemic.

Over the past few challenging weeks, at let's reset we have trained over 2000 people to think about how to improve their resilience and wellbeing during COVID-19, teaching them tools and techniques to be happier and perform more effectively, while working from home.

 We have also been supporting leadership teams to Reset the workplace, running through our 3 part RESET programme to shift culture and performance as we help them focus on their 2021 strategy, determine what they can learn from these past months and what innovation and people support and behaviours are required to enable the business to survive and then thrive again.

We have also partnered with AllBright to run a Festival of Wellbeing during Mental Health Awareness week and Wagestream to talk about the importance of financial wellbeing. We are so proud of our Outdoor campaign to encourage business to reset the workplace.
