About Liz Moseley
Liz Moseley was most recently Chief Customer Officer on the UK Board of Ferguson PLC, where she led the transition to a customer centric business model. Since then has been consulting. Prior to Ferguson, she was MD and Vice President of Contract Business, Office Depot UK/Ireland navigating the business through the sale process. Liz has been responsible for several business transformations across manufacturing and merchants, in sectors as diverse as Construction, Office Supplies and Retail. She has worked with major businesses and brands e.g. 3M and Post-it Notes™ and has helped businesses successfully grow their top and bottom line. She is ruthlessly caring about the customer, colleagues, and business success alike. She holds an MBA from Reading University. When she is not working, Liz loves to spend time with her family, playing golf, skiing and swimming. She has also completed the 3 peaks challenge, three times in aid of Children’s and other Charities.
