I have just graduated from the University of Exeter with a first class degree in history and am now building a career in marketing. Having grown up in the Netherlands, I have an international outlook on life and business and truly understand the importance of working within diverse teams to produce effective results. Over the past few years I have completed work experience and placements at companies such as Heineken, KFC and Darktrace where I gained core marketing skills which I am continuing to develop at Let's Reset.
Professional dancer turned Entrepreneur, Rosy has dedicated her life to dance, both as a performer and now as Director of her own company. Rosy's career in Classical Ballet has seen her performing the leading roles in many productions including The Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty and Alice in Wonderland. Her 10-year freelance career has taken her all over the world to appear on stage and screen for the likes of Beyonce and Basement Jaxx, featured in the BBC's popular drama Poldark, and in stadium shows for the Champions League Final, London Olympics 2012 and Cricket World Cup 2019. Her company, HIRE-A-DANCER.COM LTD, founded in 2015 supplies the events industry with professional dancers of all dance genres, including managing dancers from the BBC's well known Strictly Come Dancing and working with big name clients including Sony, Waitrose and British Airways. Besides all this, Rosy is passionate about reaching out to, connecting creatively with, and educating people through the medium of dance. To facilitate this, she co-founded Nova Grace Productions in 2016 and partnered with the Our World Project in Los Angeles to take educational productions which tackle challenging social subjects including HIV awareness and sexual abuse, to far flung places across the globe including small islands off Belize, South America and remote villages of Uganda, East Africa. Closer to home, the company has also partnered with The Prince's Trust in London to bring to fruition a production entitled "Shadows", which raises awareness of mental health and tackles the subject of suicide among young people.

A highly driven strategic, commercial, & transformational business leader with a strong legacy of commercial, creative & team success. A proven track record of delivering growth for some of the UKs most iconic Brands & businesses: Robinsons, Fruit Shoot, Lucozade, Ribena, Kodak. More recently Helen has led marketing transformation programmes in Post Office, M&S, Macmillan Caner Support, TGI Fridays & Landmark group (Dubai). Helen brings creativity and a talent for developing and managing high performing business teams and getting the best out of leading creative agency partners with a real focus on customer and commercial delivery. One of her early observations in her late twenties was how to look after herself in roles demanding commercial growth in what were tough, challenging and at times, stressful businesses. Building her own resilience has been both a key focus and enabler. Helen is passionate about changing how we and the next generation work to focus on our resilience and wellbeing to allow ourselves and our businesses to grow in a more balanced way.

I work with leading brands to create kinder cultures and have been listed in the top 101 influencers globally on employee engagement. I have a background in business, working for over 30 years suffering in silence with a mental health issue. I am also a qualified mental health counsellor for MIND.
Kate is an experienced mindfulness coach and clinical hypnotherapist with a special interest in performance enhancement. Since 2013 she has run a busy practice in West Sussex where she specialises in enabling her clients to achieve their goals through overcoming fear. She is a passionate advocate of mental health in the workplace and coaches a wide range of clients from CEO’s to athletes. A former academic her PhD and research interests were in sustainable business and CSR.
Serial tech-entrepreneur Christina has spent the last decade founding her own startups and helping others do the same. After many years as a tech-entrepreneur she has first-hand experience of the startup rollercoaster and its impact on wellbeing. She founded weare3Sixty to create new era of human-centric support in the startup ecosystem that fuels founders to be their best, most high-performing selves, without sacrificing wellbeing. Christina is an accredited performance coach and entrepreneur trainer; she is also Entrepreneurship Fellow at UCL.
Liz Moseley was most recently Chief Customer Officer on the UK Board of Ferguson PLC, where she led the transition to a customer centric business model. Since then has been consulting. Prior to Ferguson, she was MD and Vice President of Contract Business, Office Depot UK/Ireland navigating the business through the sale process. Liz has been responsible for several business transformations across manufacturing and merchants, in sectors as diverse as Construction, Office Supplies and Retail. She has worked with major businesses and brands e.g. 3M and Post-it Notes™ and has helped businesses successfully grow their top and bottom line. She is ruthlessly caring about the customer, colleagues, and business success alike. She holds an MBA from Reading University. When she is not working, Liz loves to spend time with her family, playing golf, skiing and swimming. She has also completed the 3 peaks challenge, three times in aid of Children’s and other Charities.

I have designed and scaled cultural change efforts and conducted extensive research on personal leadership and the psychology of achievement. I run the Rise Like a Phoenix workshop and lead transformational culture change programmes with Let's Reset.
