About Louise Fowler

With over 30 years’ experience, having operated at C-suite level in blue chip consumer businesses Louise brings extensive wisdom and knowledge from multi-sector, multi-channel, customer-facing organisations undergoing change. A marketer by background, she has held Chief Marketing & Digital Officer roles across Financial Services, Travel & Retail, was CEO of a £100m turnover regional airline and now provides consultancy services across a range of sectors. She is also a Non-Executive Director.   Louise led British Airways’ programme to launch the first ever “flat beds” on a commercial airliner; ran Africa for BA with responsibility for 11 countries and, as CEO, Brymon Airways, led a 3-way merger to create what is now BA Citiflyer.   Louise has led digital, customer and culture transformations and held commercially accountable C-suite roles for Barclays Bank, The Co-operative Group, first direct and the UK Post Office.   She now advises clients across sectors on their operating model, on building commercial and resilient cultures and on ways of working for growth in a multi-channel, regulated environment.
