About Tim Hulbert

  Tim’s career is a marketing story spanning several diverse industries. Starting out in publishing, moving into dotcoms New York, a brief spell working for a Financial think tank before moving to Centrica. After working for ITV as their Head of Viewer Insight he joined RSA Insurance as the Group Insight Director, moved across into Emerging Markets to become the Strategy & Marketing Director from where he joined Barclays mid 2011 and is now the Global Head of Brand & Insight. Tim is also a director of Barclays Funds and Investments Limited, a member of The Marketing Group of Great Britain and sits on the IPA Marketing Effectiveness Advisory Board. Tim’s passion is truly understanding people, and then using that understanding to create better experiences, outcomes and ultimately drive the commercial targets of the business. Tim has a reputation as an extremely empathetic leader of people, which has led to exceptional performance and loyalty.
