This week Bo, our Marketing Executive at Let's Reset sat down with Lilly Wish, Senior Business Development Manager at Centaur Media to discuss her job, her role as a mother and the work she is doing to promote change when it comes to diversity and inclusion in the workplace. She talks candidly about her personal experiences of racism and her initiative 'The Community' which is helping to drive real change in her industry.

Lilly looks back on the challenges and changes the past year has brought and what she has done to protect her wellbeing. She touches on what it looks like to perform at her best, how she keeps physically and mentally well and also what she does to keep her creative spirit alive. Lilly also talks about the positive impact that her CEO at Centaur has had on her, by speaking out about his own challenges and why culture in the workplace really makes a difference.

Bo O'Neill

Marketing Executive, Let's Reset

I have just graduated from the University of Exeter with a first class degree in history and am now building a career in marketing. Having grown up in the Netherlands, I have an international outlook on life and business and truly understand the importance of working within diverse teams to produce effective results. Over the past few years I have completed work experience and placements at companies such as Heineken, KFC and Darktrace where I gained core marketing skills which I am continuing to develop at Let's Reset.
