Thomas Cresswell Lace is an English cricketer. He made his first-class debut for Derbyshire in the 2018 County Championship on 29 August 2018. He made his List A debut on 19 April 2019, for Derbyshire in the 2019 Royal London One-Day Cup. 

Jaz and Tom talk about how he  runs his training schedule each week, is using Strava to train against the other Middlesex players. He discusses the challenge of thinking about how they should funnel their competitiveness whilst at home  and how their check-in with their coaches helps them get through this challenging time.
