Feilim tells us about the challenge that Macmillan Cancer Support faces with up to 50% of their income potentially being being lost through COVID-19, how they have created a virtual buddying system and the impact of the virus on the biggest coffee morning in the UK which will take place on 23rd September. He discusses the leadership skills that matter during this time, suggesting "strong leaders were strong before the lock down, the ones that are clear, decisive and sensitive are performing best in an environment of unknowns."  He believes the Insurance Industry is a noble profession, but it needs to ask more regularly 'how are you', and offer more moments of help and support.
