TRANSITION is a free to use platform supporting people who are out of work and looking for new jobs & inspiration, connecting them to employers looking for talent. A global, industry-wide collaboration for the advertising, media, and marketing community to help talent in transition due to COVID-19.

As we all know, these are unprecedented times. The COVID-19 pandemic has forced businesses to close, budgets to be cut, and left companies scrambling to figure out what to do next—all of which has had an impact on talent. The marketing, media, and advertising industries have felt the effects of this shifting landscape. This is not easy for anybody as we all adjust to whatever the new normal becomes.

TRANSITION is an industry-wide, global effort. Grace Blue Partnership has sought to bring together  partners and clients all over the world to help provide a place for displaced talent to find inspiration, join a network, and hopefully when things pick up again, have access to opportunities. Let's Reset are delighted to offer free training in wellbeing and resilience to the TRANSITION community to help them stay strong, supported and focused during this time.
