Toby Horry - How Let's Reset has helped TUI open up

' The workshop was fantastic, It's been a tumultuous time for the Travel industry and I wish we had had more time for people's wellbeing ... It was brilliant opportunity to get the topic of wellbeing on the table, even though the session was optional almost all of my team came to it. The feedback was brilliant... There is a lot of practical stuff for people to go away and do in their teams or for themselves. The storytelling helps bring it to life for people and makes it real and the tools help people engage with how to improve. ' 

Toby wanted Let's Reset to help his team cope in this tumultuous year, so that it what we did. We used courageous story telling alongside tools like the ''the hot cross bun model' to explain how our thoughts, behaviours, body sensations and emotions can all impact our wellbeing. We worked on understanding how these drivers, can be used collectively to help reduce anxiety. We also used the Let's Reset 7 needs app to help measure everyone in the team's performance and wellbeing needs and begin to create a plan for improvement in the future.
