Emma Cartright, Senior Marketing Executive, Oystercatchers, talks about what it's like on Day 5 of working from home, due to the Coronavirus.

Emma discusses with Suki Thompson our CEO, her check-in routine, now that she is working from home, due to COVID-19 . She talks about how she is having to work differently to look after the agencies on the Oystercatchers Platform. She also explains about how she is emotionally connecting with her colleagues and customers. 

Emma is surprised to find out that she is actually OK with her own company, (for someone so sociable, that was a big concern) although the reality of working from home rather than at her Centaur office is only just starting. 

Emma is loving doing an online HiiT class rather then her daily commute (a cool way to keep in shape)... Emma also checks in with Suki on how she is feeling emotionally.  One of the things she has learnt and wants to continue in the future,  is that she will not go back to working on two screens at the office, her laptop and Microsoft Teams are the new norm for her!
