With the challenges of the coronavirus, one of the things that we can still do is find an open space for a walk, keeping social distancing, although many of the National Trust houses are closed, they are trying to keep open spaces available, as far as possible to help people have space and fresh air. Philippa Dempster is Managing Partner of the Law firm, Freeths and here she talks about the benefits of being positive and smiling.
