The public turned to radio for help and information during the global health crisis, Ford talks about why the radio has been so important for information and relaxation. He also shares details about a scheme with the charity, Wavelength for free radios for the over 70's.

Digital Radio UK is successfully leading the transition to digital radio in the UK working with the BBC , Bauer , Global , Arqiva , Government , Ofcom and the vehicle and tech industry . Ford talks about why the radio is helping to create local community connections, facilitating the increase in listening to local radio stations and the challenges that commercial radio is now facing. He talks about why working from home is a bit of a revelation for him and how this might change his working pattern in the future. Ford is looking after his own wellbeing  by going for a run every day, reading (1000 pages of Hilary Mantel), and watching the classic films, with his two sons.

She has advised some of the most powerful brands globally including, McDonald’s, Samsung, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Barclay’s and Landmark and worked with the top agency groups including WPP, Omnicom, Havas, Publicis and Interpublic. Suki was a Trustee of Macmillan Cancer Support for eight years, following her first of four cancer diagnoses in 2008. Since then she has discovered she holds the BRCA gene. This has led her to think carefully about her own wellbeing and contributed to her enormous resilience which led her to writing the book, Let’s Reset. Suki has two children Jaz, who heads up Let’s Reset Education and Sam, both of whom appear in her book, Let's Reset with Rankin.
